Fees, Insurance & Policies 

All therapy sessions are conducted online via Zoom

Private Pay: My private-pay fee is $180 for a 45–55 minute session.

Insurance: I am in network with the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
  • CareFirst
  • Cigna
  • Aetna
  • Oxford (Optum)
  • United Healthcare (Optum)
  • Providence Heal Plan

Insurance benefits vary by individual plan. I will verify your coverage before our first appointment; however, I encourage you to confirm your deductible, copay or coinsurance, and other behavioral-health benefits directly with your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. Insurance does not cover late-cancellation or missed-appointment fees.
